conditions. Abbott India reserves the right to remove communications that are
abusive, illegal, disruptive, or that otherwise fail to conform to these terms

| In addition to the removal rights described above, Abbott India
reserves the right to edit, monitor or disclose any type of posting or information on
the Interactive Areas such as chat forums and discussion groups for adherence to the
Terms and Conditions of this site, if required in the course of normal operation and
maintenance of this site, or if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief
that such action is necessary to : |

| Indemnity |
