Your use of the Interactive Areas signifies your acceptance of our terms and conditions for the same. You agree that the following actions amount to material breach of such terms and conditions :

Use of an Interactive Area for any purpose in violation of local, state, national or international laws

Continue to disrupt the normal flow of dialogue, after being warned, or post comments that are not related to the topic being discussed (unless it is clear the discussions is free form)
Indulge in posting chain letters or pyramid schemes
Impersonate other persons or groups
Allow any other person or entity to use your identification to post or view comments
Post the same note more than once or indulge in the activity of "spamming."
Engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the Interactive Areas, or which in the judgement of Abbott India exposes Abbott India or any of its customers or suppliers to any liability or detriment of any type.

Abbott India reserves the right to record the dialogue proceedings in public chat rooms and the other Interactive Areas. Abbott India reserves the right (but is not obligated) to edit or delete any communication(s) posted on this site, regardless of whether such communication(s) violate these standards for content. Abbott India does not screen communications in advance and is not responsible for screening or monitoring material posted by Members or any other person or entity. If notified by a Member of communication(s) which are alleged not to conform to the terms of this Agreement, Abbott India may investigate the allegation and determine in its sole discretion to remove or request the removal of the communication(s). Abbott India reserves the right to terminate a Member's access to any or all - Interactive Areas upon Member's breach of these terms and conditions. Abbott India reserves the right to remove communications that are abusive, illegal, disruptive, or that otherwise fail to conform to these terms and conditions.

In addition to the removal rights described above, Abbott India reserves the right to edit, monitor or disclose any type of posting or information on the Interactive Areas such as chat forums and discussion groups for adherence to the Terms and Conditions of this site, if required in the course of normal operation and maintenance of this site, or if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to :

Protect and defend the rights of Abbott India
Comply with the law or comply with legal process served
Act in an emergency to protect the personal safety of our guests or members or the public

Indemnity

The management, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers of Abbott India shall be indemnified against all claims, actions or demands, liabilities and settlements of any nature whatsoever resulting from the use of the contents or Interactive Areas of this site in a manner that violates or is alleged to violate these terms and conditions.

Jurisdiction

The exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute with Abbott India or in any way relating to your membership or use of the 'cnsindia.com' or 'endocrineindia.com' sites resides in the courts of Mumbai, India alone to the exclusion of all other courts.

Complete Agreement

Except as expressly provided in a specific "Legal Notice", if any, on the 'cnsindia.com' and 'endocrineindia.com' sites, the above terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Abbott India with respect to the use of the 'cnsindia.com' site and any contents contained therein.
